A few useful answers about booking, payment and your ticket.

Do I need an account to book?

You can browse trips and stations without an account. Sign in to confirm a booking and follow your payment and ticket. If you create a new account, verify your email first.

How long do I have to pay?

After creating a temporary seat reservation, you have up to 10 minutes to pay. The deadline may be earlier if the trip departs sooner, so check the time shown in your booking. If it expires, search again and choose from the seats still available.

When will my ticket be available?

A ticket is available after payment and booking confirmation for a trip that has not been cancelled. Sign in, open My bookings and select the booking to view your ticket, passenger names and seat numbers.
